[ ] Research & Inspiration Gathering: Start collecting inspiration photos for hair and makeup styles you love. Consider your dress, wedding theme, and personal style. Save these to a Pinterest board or shared album.

[ ] Budget Allocation: Determine your budget for hair and makeup services.

[ ] Initial Inquiry & Availability Check: Reach out to us to check our availability for your wedding date and get preliminary information about our services and pricing. (Note: Peak Months April to December weekends book up fast)

[ ] Secure Your Booking: Review our contract and, if you're happy to proceed, secure your wedding date with a signed contract and deposit.

3-9 Months Before Your Wedding

[ ] Schedule Your Bridal Preview: Contact us to schedule your hair and/or makeup preview. This is a crucial step to discuss your vision, experiment with different looks, and ensure we're on the same page.

[ ] Finalize Your Look (After Preview): After your preview provide us with feedback and confirm your desired hair and makeup styles. Share any updated inspiration photos.

[ ] Haircare Prep: If you plan on making any significant changes to your hair (cut, color), do so well in advance of the wedding to allow time for adjustments if needed. Start focusing on healthy hair habits.

[ ] Skincare Routine: Establish a consistent skincare routine to ensure your skin is healthy and glowing for your wedding day. Consult with a dermatologist or esthetician if you have specific concerns.

1-2 Months Before Your Wedding

[ ] Review Welcome Kit and send all necessary details to hello@theitbrides.com 30 days before your big day.

[ ] Schedule a call with us 30 days before your wedding day to solidify logistics, final count and timeline. (We will solidify arrival, start and end time based on photographer arrival to start photos or time specified to be complete with hair, makeup and barber services. Some services will take longer than others and some will be shorter. Please share the prep guide we provided with everyone being serviced.)

[ ] Ask Questions! Any questions about glam day, please feel free to ask.

1 Week Before Your Wedding

[ ] Final Confirmation: We will reach out to confirm all details (location, headcount, start and end time). Please ensure all information is accurate.

[ ] Prepare Your Getting Ready Space: Ensure the getting-ready area has ample natural light, enough seating, ample amounts of table space and clean surfaces for our team to work comfortably.

[ ] Communicate Any Last-Minute Changes: Inform us immediately of any unexpected changes to the headcount or location.

[ ] Make sure you and your party read the Prep Guide provided.

[ ] Create a trendy playlist for you and your party to vibe to on your big day or have a bridesmaid create a cool list of tunes.

The Day Before Your Wedding

[ ] Relax and Hydrate!

[ ] Ensure Hair is Clean and Dry (Unless Otherwise Instructed): Follow any specific instructions we provided regarding washing your hair before the wedding day.

[ ] Coordinate breakfast and lunch if applicable.

[ ] Steam all dresses

Your Wedding Day (Check your Calendar Invite the Night Before)

[ ] Have everyone on location at arrival time to ensure someone is always in the chair.

[ ] Relax and Enjoy the Process! Trust our expertise to create beautiful looks for you and your bridal party within the agreed timeframe.

[ ] Designate a Point Person (Optional): If you have a large bridal party, designate a bridesmaid or family member to help cut down interruptions during glam so that you can relax and enjoy your moment.
